Stress undoubtedly diminishes the life expectancy; quit it.
The inundated concern
of today’s generation is stress. It is brewing in every one of us as blood is
flowing in our veins. It is just making us mechanical and without emotions,
decreasing our lifespan and escalating our ailments. Every day commences
with the stress of pondering what will happen next. Irrespective of age, everybody
from a small kid to elderly older adults is experiencing this concern. The
competitions have soared to the level that students find it easy to quit their
lives by committing suicide than facing the situation. If we win, we get feted
if we lose, we get rebuffed. It is as though our value is to be the toppers, or
we are doomed.
All these problems
have surfaced because of our beliefs. Our thought process has been wholly
polluted with an incorrect perception of success. We have been hacked with the
virus called wealth, which we think is accountable for our happiness. And to
achieve that, we are forcing bees and beetles to become butterflies. Is it
feasible? We are pushing our kids into the field, which they cannot surpass. We
are curtailing their progress. We are imbibing in them the wrong concept of accomplishment
and bogus contentment. No. Please let each one of them bloom in the way they
can sparkle the most. We need to have a clear mindset that each one of us has a
particular fortune. We will achieve that which is destined for us. Education is
essential, but each one has his taste and choice. Let us not act gods for our
kids and decide their future and force them into it without their concern. Let
them appreciate and outshine in the field they like. If we move them, they will
become disasters due to this fiasco; jealousy, anger, and stress brew.
Life is distinctly short but delightful for an assigned period, so we need to
value it. Bliss comes from gratification, not from income. Appreciation,
satisfaction, and cheerfulness drive stress and anxiety far away. There is no
full stop for our longings as our heart craves new things every day. If we cannot
fix our limits, we will lead a pathetic life. If we are born in this world, we
all have an objective. We need to investigate that rationale and achieve it.
The biggest stress
buster is a smile. Smile even at a stranger. It is contiguous. It
spreads from one person to another. Life becomes easy if we love others and
wish good for everyone.
The biggest evil that
haunts us in this race of life is what others think of us. What they believe is
their problem. Why do we need to worry about it? We are what we are. Let
us lead our lives happily. To conduct an ecstatic experience, we need to
be judging ourselves than being judgemental about others. Let us live a life to
voice ourselves, not to impress others. It is tough to amaze people, but it
gives greater pleasure to impress ourselves by doing what we love.
People in ancient days had prominent joint families. They had less to eat, fewer
luxuries, yet they were pleased. It is just because they appraised and admired
each other. They believed in sharing whatever they had. They believed in the
policy of all in one and one in all. But we, despite being in nuclear families,
are unhappy and are desperate. Because we are not enjoying what we have,
we run in a race to exhibit. What disparity does it make to others knowing
whatever we acquire? We possess it for our ease. Why not stop this show-off
business. Let us grow by elevating each other and not by snubbing.
Probably by following
these simple rules, we can diminish the amount of stress developing in us. One beautiful
way which gives us enormous contentment is helping the people who are in need.
It reduces a lot of tension and burden.
An Additional incredible way to reduce stress
is to meditate. Meditation makes us forget the world and allows us to become
one with the Creator. Ever have you tried spending time with an infant baby?
Their groaning, their smile, and their gestures are the best delight one can encounter.
A deriving delight
from small things can make our day productive. We need to remember that a
minute passed, will never return. Let us love and spread peace, love, and
tranquillity. Let us become the reason for a smile in somebody’s life. Let us
forget stress because what is to happen will happen. If we can stop it, let us
try. If we cannot, then we can do nothing about it. They why stress?
